No fancy trips for today, just worked with what I had, so here's the rundown:
Breakfast:
Omelet (messy) with onion, green peppers, and cheese.
Apple Cider
Vanilla yogurt with blueberries
Lunch:
1 apple
Sunflower seeds
Cheese curd
Roasted new potatoes, left over from last night
Dinner
Black bean veggie burger
Corn on the cob
Snacks
Sugar snap peas, straight from my garden
Also, I tried another wine, this one is from Montezuma winery in Seneca Falls:
On a scale of one to 10, yesterday's was a 4; today's is a 7, if you like it sweet, and since I can't have chocolate, I could use a little sweet.
